Gora Dieng

FOUNDER

Gora Dieng is a seasoned entrepreneur and dedicated humanitarian with over three decades of experience in business management, logistics, and leadership. As the President & CEO of Dieng Auto Group LLC and GLD Auto Group LLC, he has successfully overseen operations, driven growth, and ensured compliance in the automotive industry since 2016. His entrepreneurial journey reflects a commitment to excellence, having built multiple businesses from the ground up.

Gora’s humanitarian spirit shines through his role as the Founder and President of H.A.S.T.E. (Help Africa Save Their Children, Inc.), established in 2013. Through this nonprofit, he has worked tirelessly to uplift and support children across African communities, embodying his deep commitment to social impact and community betterment.

With a strong foundation in logistics from his time at Conway Freight (now XPO Logistics), Gora has honed skills in HR management, employee development, and compliance, previously managing payroll, hiring, and ensuring regulatory adherence.

His dedication earned him recognition as a Quarterly Leader Award in 2011 and 2012 among 21,000 employees for his invaluable support during Hurricane Sandy in NYC.

Gora complements his vast real-world experience with academic insight. His career exemplifies leadership, resilience, and a steadfast commitment to empowering others—qualities that define his multifaceted professional and philanthropic legacy.

In addition to her achievements in tourism, Lisa is an educator with over a decade of experience teaching within the Board of Education. Her passion for student development shines through her tailored educational programs and dedication to improving student engagement and performance.

Lisa’s commitment to community advancement is evident in her founding of H.A.S.T.E. (Help Africa Save Their Children, Inc.), a non-profit organization focused on social transformation and community empowerment.
